The recent advances in research have pointed out a possible relationship between traffic noise, type 2 diabetes, and obesity. The study aims to examine the association between exposure to environmental noise sources and markers of obesity (body mass index, BMI), WC (waist circumference), WHR (waist/hip ratio), and percentage of body fat) in the sample of university students in Slovakia.
